Endo is a speciality pharmaceutical company focused on high value branded products and speciality generics. Our portfolio contains products in pain, urology, endocrinology and oncology. Endo is a customer centric organization that considers the needs of patients, healthcare providers and shareholders as well as development of employees in all actions.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Market Insights internship in our Marketing Science Group.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support all phases of primary and secondary market research projects, including secondary audit queries, data compilation, designing research instruments, performing data analysis and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Integrate and leverage a MS's existing knowledge from multiple sources to help Marketing customers identify and act on market opportunities to minimize Marketing's business risks and to maxmize upside possibilities.
  • Provide insite on the competitive pipeline for markets related to brands.
  • Provide input to forecasting group, including market definition, competitive dynamics, market growth etc.
  • Improvement of Market Research data infrastructure to better meet the data needs of expanding business.

Ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Currently pursuing MBA degree ( preferably targeting graduation in 2010)
  • Must possess strong communication skills (written, verbal, negotiation), be customer focused and solutions oriented with demonstrated personal leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills; critical observation skills; sound judgment; strategic thinker
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with pharmaceutical or managed markets industries preferred
  • Past experience with data/quantitative analysis preferred
