The enrollment period for Graduate Student Insurance is now open.Both new and returning students are requested to be aware of the following information.
1)U.S. students who choose to enroll are to do so on-line at http://www.udel.edu/shs/insurance/index.html The FUNDED GRADUATE enrollment forms are now available.
Note: if a funded student tries to enroll and his/her name does not come up as funded, it is because the SAFF form may not have processed by Friday when I sent the list. The student may email me so that I inform the insurance company to add his/her name. We will be sending updates to the insurance company each week as more forms process.

2)International students are directly billed for the Blue Plan on their student bill. If these students choose to add the Gold Plan or wish to purchase the Dental Insurance, etc., they need to go on-line at http://www.universityhealthplans.com/intro/UDEL.html to do so.
Note: Students who enroll by September 15 are covered beginning September 1. Students may enroll up to September 30, but if they enroll after September 15 they are only covered beginning the day they enroll.

Students can also contact the University Health Plans, UHP, at 1-800-437-6448 if they have any Qs about the medical insurance or dental insurance. UHP information is also available at the following URL http://www.universityhealthplans.com/
